Puppy Yoga Flow Class Terms and Agreement
Welcome to Puppy Yoga Flow! We’re thrilled to have you join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session with our adorable puppies. Please read the following terms and agreement carefully before booking your class.

Booking and Cancellation:
Reservation: All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the class start time without any penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the class price.
No-Shows: Participants who do not show up for their booked session without notifying in advance will be charged the full class fee.
Class Attendance:
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time to settle in and meet the puppies.
Attire: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and physical activity.
Yoga Mats: Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Health and Safety:
Health Status: By attending the class, you certify that you and your guests are physically able to participate in yoga activities and interact with puppies without any medical concerns.
Allergies: Please inform us in advance if you have allergies related to animals or any specific health conditions that might affect your ability to participate in the class.
Puppy Interaction: Interactions with puppies are under the guidance of our instructors. Please follow all instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Liability Waiver:
Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that yoga and interaction with animals involve a certain level of risk, and effectively agree to accept any and all risk of injury or death.
Release of Liability: By agreeing to these terms, participants release Puppy Yoga Flow, its instructors, and affiliates from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on the participant's account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the hosts or otherwise.
Privacy Policy:
Personal Information: We collect necessary personal information for booking purposes only. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Photography: We occasionally take photos during our classes for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to have your image used.
Agreement:
By booking this class, you affirm that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. You understand that failure to follow these rules may result in expulsion from the class and possible restriction from future classes.
