Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a class credit for future use.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Refund Policy
All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for missed classes or no-shows.
If you are unable to attend and cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a credit towards a future class instead of a refund.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a class cancellation by us or if we are unable to provide the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time for your session.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your spot may be forfeited, and refunds will not be provided.
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or class credits.
